The right computer course is not automatically the most advanced or the most popular one. It is the course whose starting level, subject matter and learning format fit what you want to accomplish.
Before comparing institutes or fees, define the decision you are actually making. Someone learning office software for everyday work has a different goal from someone preparing to build web applications.
Start with a specific learning goal
